This section contains the general conditions of sale applied for purchases in the 2S TIME online shop with headquarters in Via Maurizio Muller, 27 - 28921 Verbania (VB) - VAT: 02023820034.

We kindly inform our customers that these General Conditions are the only ones that can be applied and replace all other express and written conditions. We recommend that you read the entire document before making any purchase on the site. The following conditions are understood to be accepted by the Customer without exclusion at the exact moment in which the order operation is carried out on the site.

The Customer can only purchase the items present in the electronic catalog at the time of placing the order and viewable online at the address www.2stime.it as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the descriptive sheet of an article may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory items shown in the figure. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by 2S TIME by means of an e-mail response sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of execution of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with 2S TIME. The message reproduces all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document. In the event that the goods are not fully available, you will be contacted.

Customer orders are satisfied within the limits of the quantity of products available. In the event that the ordered product is not available, 2S TIME undertakes to contact the Customer via e-mail within 15 days from the date of the order to inform him of the time necessary for the delivery of the ordered product. In the event that the unavailability of the product is due to a definitive stop of the production of the same, or to a production defect, 2S TIME will be able to offer the customer a product of equivalent quality and price. In case of refusal by the customer, 2S TIME will refund the unavailable product within a maximum time of 30 days.

The sales prices indicated on the Site do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are always charged to customers and are invoiced at the end of the order as a supplement to the selected products.

Payment Mode

PostePay: PostePay (payment valid for ITALIAN Customers ONLY)is an online payment system that provides for the recharge of our PostePay card. what ordered by the Customer will be kept busy until receipt of proof of payment, to be sent to the addresses communicated at the time of order confirmation by e-mail no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.

Advance Bank Transfer: In case of payment by bank transfer, the order ordered by the customer will be kept busy until receipt of proof of bank transfer, to be sent to the addresses communicated at the time of order confirmation by fax or e-mail no later than 3 days working from the date of acceptance of the order.

Delivery Method
2S TIME uses express couriers for deliveries in Italy and abroad. Delivery times vary from 24 to 72 hours, from the time of receipt. What to do upon delivery:

Nell’ eventualità di danni materiali esterni dell’imballaggio e/o del prodotto dovuti al trasporto, l’ordine dovrà essere accettato apponendo, sulla lettere di vettura del corriere, la dicitura “Accetto con riserva circostanziata” ed una descrizione dettagliata dei danni visibili sull’ esterno della scatola (esempio: “collo bagnato”, “collo aperto”, ecc.) seguita dalla propria firma. Nelle 48 ore successive, inviare un’e-mail a info@2stime.it descrivendo l’accaduto ed indicando i riferimenti di spedizione. In caso contrario, l’eventuale richiesta di rimborso inerente a tali danni sarà automaticamente rifiutata.


– Tutti i prodotti venduti da 2S TIME hanno una garanzia di 2 anni su tutti i difetti di fabbricazione. Durante il periodo di garanzia, i prodotti potranno essere riparati gratuitamente presso tutti i centri autorizzati.

– La garanzia applicata sui prodotti è di 24 mesi. Il prodotto deve essere usato correttamente, rispettando il corretto uso di destinazione come da manuale delle istruzioni.

– Non sono garantiti i danni provocati da cattivo uso e l’azienda non si assume alcuna responsabilità per danni diretti ed indiretti derivanti da tale cattivo uso.


Nel caso di imperfezioni o difetti di fabbricazione del prodotto consegnato, è necessario comunicare il difetto entro 3 giorni dalla consegna, tramite email (info@2stime.it) allegando documentazione fotografica.
